Mott PerfectPeak HPLC/UHPLC Static Mixers significantly reduce baseline noise and improve detection limits in HPLC systems. We have developed 3D printing technology to create unique mixing pathways that provide reduced baseline noise, as well as less dwell volume than comparable mixers. They are easily installed into any HPLC system, are pressure rated to 20,000 psig (1379 bar), constructed of 316L stainless steel or titanium material, and passivated for inertness. Typical sizes are 25, 50, 100, and 150 L, have female compression connection type and 1/16 (1.59 mm) tube connection size. Mott can also customize to your specifications so these static mixers are compatible with a wide range of flow rates.
