    Applications
    4-bromobutyronitrile is used as a precursor for the preparation of cylopropyl cyanide. Its derivative, 4-Bromo-2,2-Diphenyl Butyronitrile is used as an intermediate for loperamide.

    Miscible with toluene and benzene. Immiscible with water.

    Notes
    Keep the container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Incompatible with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents and strong reducing agents.
