The protein migrates as 40-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Human OX40 Ligand, Fc Tag (Cat. No. OXL-H526x) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human OX40 (Cat. No. OX0-H5224) with a linear range of 0.128-2 μg/mL (QC tested).;FACS assay shows that recombinant Human OX40 (Cat. No. OX0-H5224) can bind to 293T cell overexpressing human OX40L. The concentration of OX40 used is 0.3 μg/ml (Routinely tested).
