The protein has a calculated MW of 48.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 66 kDa on a SDS-PAGE gel under reducing (R) condition due to glycosylation.;Immobilized Human OX40 Ligand, Fc Tag (Cat. No. OXL-H526x) at 5 g/mL (100 l/well) can bind Biotinylated Human OX40, Fc Tag, Avi Tag (Cat. No. OX0-H82F7) with a linear range of 0.01-0.3 g/mL (QC tested).;FACS assay shows that recombinant Biotinylated Human OX40, Fc Tag, Avi Tag (Cat.
