Detection was performed using HRP-conjugated streptavidin with a sensitivity of 0.4 μg/mL. ;Immobilized bevacizumab at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Biotinylated Anti-Bevacizumab Antibodies (recommended for PK/PD) (Cat.
