Description

Description

This antibody is predicted to react with bovine, chicken, mouse and rat based on sequence homology. Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using a 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 30 min at room temperature. A suggested positive control is tonsil or breast carcinoma.

14-3-3 proteins are present as multigene families in most organisms. Signal-induced phosphorylation has the ability to change protein function. Sometimes, however, phosphorylation is not enough to change a protein’s function. 14-3-3 proteins play an important role of bringing signal transduction to completion. They regulate many cellular processes that are important in cancer biology, such as apoptosis and cell-cycle. checkpoints.
