CXCL13 Mouse anti-Human, APC, Clone: 53610, Invitrogen
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen MA523629
In ELISAs, this antibody does not cross-react with recombit human (rh) CXCL1, rhCXCL2, rhCXCL3, rhCXCL8/IL-8, rhCXCL10, rhCXCL9, rhCXCL12/SDF-1 alpha, or rhCXCL12/SDF-1 beta.B lymphocyte chemoattractant, independently cloned and named Angie, is a CXC chemokine strongly expressed in the follicles of the spleen, lymph nodes, and Peyer ft.s patches. It preferentially promotes the migration of B lymphocytes (compared to T cells and macrophages), apparently by stimulating calcium influx into, and chemotaxis of, cells expressing Burkitt ft.s lymphoma receptor 1 (BLR-1). It may therefore function in the homing of B lymphocytes to follicles.
