BCAS2, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Chicken Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA120841
cDNA encoding BCAS2 has been isolated. The deduced 225-amino acid protein contains a central potential N-glycosylation site and multiple N-terminal potential phosphorylation sites. Northern and Southern blot analyses demonstrates expression of a 1.5-kb transcript at various levels in multiple breast cancer cell lines, with greatest amplification in BT-20 and MCF-7 cells. BCAS2 is ubiquitously expressed in normal tissues.PA1-20841 detects BCAS2 in human, mouse, rat and Xenopus laevis samples.PA1-20841 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. The PA1-20841 immunogen is full length human BCAS2.
