PA5-27108 targets beta Tubulin 2 in WB applications and shows reactivity with Drosophila and Human samples. The PA5-27108 immunogen is recombit fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 356 of Human beta Tubulin 2. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Tubulin is the major constituent of microtubules. It binds two moles of GTP, one at an exchangeable site on the beta chain and one at a non-exchangeable site on the alpha-chain.
