PA1-18328 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry and Western blot procedures. The PA1-18328 immunogen is a synthetic peptide conjugated to diphtheria toxoid residues M(2) F S G F N A D Y E A S S S R C(17), conjugated to diphtheria toxoid. After reconstitution keep aliquots at -20ºC for a higher stability, and at 4ºC with an appropriate antibacterial agent. Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water. Glycerol (1:1) may be added for additional stability.
