TIP30 Rabbit anti-Canine, Human, Mouse, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA124473
PA1-24473 detects CC3 (HTATIP2) in Human samples. PA1-24473 has been successfully used in Western Blot and immunohistochemistry (paraffin) procedures. While diluting for Western blot, use a 5% skim milk/PBS buffer solution. PA1-24473 immunogen corresponds to Polyclonal antibody from rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide region of human HTATIP2. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.CC3 (HTATIP2) is a member of the short-chain dehydrogenases/reductases (SDR) family. It is a novel serine/threonine kinase that phosphorylates the C-terminal domain (CTD) of the largest RNA polymerase II subunit and induces the expression of apoptosis related genes Bad and Siva, as well as metastasis suppressor NM23-H2. It also interacts with an estrogen receptor alpha-interacting coactivator CIA and regulates ERalpha-mediated c-myc transcription.
