Eotaxin Rat anti-Mouse, Clone: 42285, Invitrogen
Rat Monoclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen MA523830
In direct ELISAs and Western blots, less than 10% cross-reactivity with recombit human (rh) CCL11/Eotaxin, recombit mouse CCL7, and rhCCL21 is observed. Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS. Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.Eotaxin is a 74-amino acid, eosinophil-chemotactic CC chemokine originally found in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid from allergic inflammatory subjects. It is involved in regulating the recruitment and activation of inflammatory leukocytes, particularly eosinophils. Eotaxin binds and activates the CCR3 chemokine receptor, and may play a fundamental role in the development of allergic responses.
