MCP-3 Mouse anti-Human, Clone: 36320, Invitrogen
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen MA523733
In ELISAs, this antibody does not cross-react with recombit human (rh) CCL2/MCP-1, rhCCL8/MCP-2, or rhCCL13/MCP-4. Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS. Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method. The monocyte chemotactic protein-3 (MCP3) is a secreted chemokine possessing two adjacent cysteines (C-C motif) at the N-terminus. MCP3 has been reported to interact with several C-C chemokine receptors, which can be simultaneously, or selectively expressed on leukocyte subpopulations (e.g., monocytes, T cells, and NK cells). It acts in chemokine receptor mediated recruitment of inflammatory cells during inflammation, and is essential for innate immune defense against microbial infection. The gene is located on chromosome 17q11.2-q12.
