CD100 Rat anti-Mouse, Clone: 547412, Invitrogen
Rat Monoclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen MA524248
In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombit human Semaphorin 3A, 3B, 3C, 3D, 3E, 3F, 4A, 4B, 4C, 4D, 4G, 5A, 5B, 6A, 6B, 6C, 6D, or 7A is observed. Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.Semaphorins are neuronal chemorepellants that direct pioneering neurons during nervous system development. CD100 is a novel semaphorin that induces B cells to aggregate and improves their viability in vitro. CD100 modifies CD40-CD40L B-cell signaling by augmenting B-cell aggregation and survival and down-regulating CD23 expression. CD72 is a lymphocyte receptor for the Class IV semaphorin CD100, which is involved in regulating B cell signaling.
