p27 Kip1 Rabbit anti-Human, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA138351
Recognizes a protein of 27kDa, identified as p27Kip1. p27Kip1 is a candidate tumor suppressor gene and functions as a negative regulator of G1 progression and has been proposed to function as a possible mediator of TGF-b induced G1 arrest. This antibody is predicted to react with canine, mouse and rat based on sequence homology.Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using a 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 10 min at room temperature. A suggested positive control is prostate or colon tissue.
