PA5-28245 targets CDO in IHC (P) and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The PA5-28245 immunogen is recombit fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 355 of Human CDO. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

CDON and BOC (MIM 608708) are cell surface receptors of the immunoglobulin (Ig)/fibronectin type III (FNIII; see MIM 135600) repeat family involved in myogenic differentiation. CDON and BOC are coexpressed during development, form complexes with each other in a cis fashion, and are related to each other in their ectodomains, but each has a unique long cytoplasmic tail.
