Cytokeratins are a subfamily of intermediate filament proteins and are characterized by a remarkable biochemical diversity, represented in human epithelial tissues by at least 20 different polypeptides. They range in molecular weight between ~40kDa and ~PA1-28209 detects Cytokeratin 14 from human samples.PA1-28209 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin tissue) applications.The PA1-28209 immunogen is: Synthetic peptide (unfortunately, the amino acid sequence is considered to be commercially sensitive) C terminal (Human).
