The amino acid sequence used as immunogen is 100% homologous in human (isoform CRA_a: 676 amino acids, CRA_d: 708 amino acids, CRA_e: 417 amino acids), monkey, mouse, horse, dog, cow and chicken, 94% homologous in xenopus and 83% homologous in zebrafish. The immunogen is also 72% homologous in Dach2.
