PA5-27700 targets DAP kinase 3 in IF and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The PA5-27700 immunogen is recombit fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 172 of Human DAP kinase 3. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Death-associated protein kinase 3 (DAPK3) induces morphological changes in apoptosis when overexpressed in mammalian cells. These results suggest that DAPK3 may play a role in the induction of apoptosis.
