PA1-24395 detects EAP30 in Human samples. PA1-24395 has been successfully used in Western Blot procedures. PA1-24395 immunogen corresponds to Polyclonal antibody from rabbits immunized with a synthetic peptide region of human EAP30. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

ELL encodes an RNA polymerase II transcription factor that undergoes frequent translocation in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). In addition to its elongation activity, ELL contains a novel type of RNA polymerase II interaction domain that is capable of repressing polymerase activity in promoter-specific transcription. EAP30 is a subunit of the ELL complex. EAP30 can interact with ELL and derepress ELL ft.s inhibitory activity in vitro .
