ENO3 Rabbit anti-Human, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA527956
PA5-27956 targets ENO3 in IF and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The PA5-27956 immunogen is recombit protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 371 of Human ENO3. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles. This gene encodes one of the three enolase isoenzymes found in mammals. This isoenzyme, a homodimer, is found in skeletal muscle cells in the adult. A switch from alpha enolase to beta enolase occurs in muscle tissue during development in rodents. Mutations in this gene can be associated with metabolic myopathies that may result from decreased stability of the enzyme. Two transcripts have been identified for this gene that differ only in their 5 ft. UTR.
