GATA4 Rabbit anti-Human, Mouse, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA1102
PA1-102 has been successfully used in Western blot, FACS, immunohistochemistry (paraffin) and immunofluorescence applications with human and mouse samples. PA1-102 can be used for immunofluorescence analysis of GATA4 in the endoderm derived from human iPSCs.GATA binding factor 4 (GATA4) is a GATA family transcription regulator involved in embryonic development. In addition, members of this family recognize the GATA motif which is present in the promoters of many genes. GATA4 is thought to regulate genes involved in embryogenesis and in myocardial differentiation and function. Mutations in this gene have been associated with cardiac septal defects.
