GFR alpha-3 Rabbit anti-Rat, Polyclonal, Invitrogen™
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA118400
PA1-18400 detects GFR alpha-3 from rat samples. PA1-18400 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry and Western blot procedures. The PA1-18400 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal residues M(1) G L S W S P R P P L(11) of mouse GFR alpha-3, conjugated to KLH. Reconstitute with 100 µL of distilled water. The protein encoded by this gene is a glycosylphosphatidylinositol(GPI)-linked cell surface receptor and a member of the GDNF receptor family. It forms a signaling receptor complex with RET tyrosine kinase receptor and binds the ligand, artemin.
