Description

Reconstitute with 1 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark. For FACS analysis, use 10 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Mouse anti Human Lambda Light Chain antibody, clone Mc24-IC6 recognizes human lambda light chains, and shows no cross- reactivity to kappa light chains or to immunoglobulin heavy chains.

Human Lambda Light Chain Monoclonal antibody specifically detects Human Lambda Light Chain in Human samples. It is validated for ELISA, Flow Cytometry.
