In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombit mouse (rm) IL&No.x2011;17 R, rmIL-17B R, or recombit human IL-17B R is observed. In Western blots, no cross-reactivity with rmIL-17 R is observed Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS. Endoxin level is <0.10 EU per 1 µg of the antibody by the LAL method.

Interleukin 7 (IL7) is a lymphoid cell growth factor that affects pre B, pro B, and early T cells. It was previously known as pre B cell growth factor and lymphopoietin 1. IL7 is a glycoprotein which promotes the proliferation of precursor B cells, thymocytes, T cell progenitors, and mature CD4+ and CD8+ T cells. The biological effects of IL7 are mediated by the binding of IL7 to the specific cell surface receptor. The functional high-affinity IL7 receptor consists of an alpha chain and a gamma chain.
