In direct ELISAs, no cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-2 R alpha, rmIL-2 R beta, recombinant human (rh) IL-2 R gamma, rhIL-15 R alpha, recombinant rat IL-2 R alpha, or recombinant canine IL-2 R alpha is observed. Reconstitute in sterile PBS to a final concentration of 0.5 mg/mL.
