IL-12 p35 Mouse anti-Human, Mouse, PE, Clone: 27537, Invitrogen
Mouse Monoclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen MA523559
This antibody detects the p35 subunit either as part of a p40/p35 heterodimer or as a free subunit after reduction of the heterodimer. This antibody does not recognize IL-12 p40 homodimers but shows strong cross-reactivity with the p35 subunits from porcine and mouse systems.IL-35, or Interleukin 35 is a cytokine belonging to the IL12 family, that is produced by regulatory T cells. It is a dimeric protein composed of IL-12-alpha and IL-27-beta chains. Members of this class of cytokines are important in influencing T helper cell differentiation and supressing inflammatory response. IL-35 is known to induce proliferation of regulatory T cells, and reduce the activity of helper Th17 cells.
