LC3B Rabbit anti-Human, Rat, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA118293
The product of this gene is a subunit of neuronal microtubule-associated MAP1A and MAP1B proteins, which are involved in microtubule assembly and important for neurogenesis. Studies on the rat homolog implicate a role for this gene in autophagy, a process that involves the bulk degradation of cytoplasmic component.PA1-18293 detects MAP1LC3 B from human and rat samples.PA1-18293 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and Western blot procedures. The PA1-18293 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal residues of human MAP1LC3 B, conjugated to Blue Carrier Protein. The sequence is 100% conserved in mouse and rat.Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water.
