PA1-18286 detects MAP1LC3 C from human samples. PA1-18286 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence, and Western blot procedures. The PA1-18286 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the N-terminal residues of human MAP1LC3 C, conjugated to Blue Carrier Protein. The sequence is 100% conserved in in Macaca mulatta (monkey) and canine. Reconstitute with 100 µL of distilled water.
