MYH9 Rabbit anti-Human, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA527506
PA5-27507 targets Histone H3.3 in IF and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human and mouse samples. The PA5-27507 immunogen is recombit protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 105 of Human Histone H3.3.This gene encodes a myosin IIA heavy chain that contains an IQ domain and a myosin head-like domain. The protein is involved in several important functions, including cytokinesis, cell motility and maintece of cell shape. Defects in MYH9 are the cause of non-syndromic sensorineural deafness autosomal domit type 17, Epstein syndrome, Alport syndrome with macrothrombocytopenia, Sebastian syndrome, Fechtner syndrome and macrothrombocytopenia with progressive sensorineural deafness.
