MA1-10777 detects N-acetylprocainamide. MA1-10777 has been successfully used in ELISA applications. The MA1-10777 immunogen is N-Acetylprocainamide, conjugated to KLH.

N-Acetylprocainamide (NAPA or acecainide) is the N-acetylated metabolite of procainamide. It is a Class III antiarrhythmic agent, whereas procainamide is a Class Ia antiarrhythmic drug.
