Description

PA1-4398 detects NABC1 in human samples. PA1-4398 has been successfully used in Western blotting procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects a ∽60 kDa protein representing NABC1 in MCF-7 cell lysates. NABC1 can form dimers, which are readily detectable in MCF-7 cells. PA1-4398 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acid residues 532-550 of human NABC1.
