PA5-22143 targets NADH dehydrogenase (ubiquinone) 1 alpha subcomplex, 5 in IHC (P) and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human and mouse samples. The PA5-22143 immunogen is recombit protein fragment contain a sequence corresponding to a region within amino acids 1 and 116 (Q16718) of NDUFA5. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
