The sequence of the predicted 312-amino acid human protein encoded by NAPG is 95% identical to that of bovine gamma-SNAP. NAPG mediates platelet exocytosis and controls the mPA1-27769 detects NAPG from human, mouse, and rat samples.PA1-27769 may be successfully used in Western blot applications. By Western blot, this antibody has only been tested on fusion protein.The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to human NAPG protein.
