Percent identity with other species by BLAST analysis: Human, Gibbon (100%); Monkey, Bovine, Dog, Pig (95%); Marmoset, Mouse, Rat (90%); Hamster (85%); Rabbit (80%). For IHC(P), use proteinase K antigen retrieval. After incubation with the primary antibody, slides were incubated with biotinylated secondary antibody, followed by alkaline phosphatase-streptavidin and chromogen.
