PA3-911detects Par-6 from human and mouse samples. PA3-911has been successfully used in Western blot and ICC/IF procedures. This antibody is not recommended for U87-MG cells in Western blot applications. The PA3-911 immunogen is a combination of two synthetic peptides coupled to KLH.
