Description

PA1-755 detects prostate apoptosis response protein (Par-4) from human and rat tissues. PA1-755 has been sucessfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ∽40 kDa protein representing Par-4 in AT-3 cell extract. In Western blots of rat tissue extracts, including testes, spleen, ovary, lung, and skeletal muscle, ∽40 kDa and ∽38 kDa proteins representing Par-4 are detected. In Western blots of T47D cell extracts, an ∽40 kDa protein representing Par-4 and a smaller ∽20 kDa unknown protein is detected. PA1-755 immunizing peptide corresponds to amino acids residues 322-340 from human Par-4. PA1-755 immunizing peptide (Cat. # PEP-060) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments.

PAR4 Polyclonal antibody specifically detects PAR4 in Human, Rat samples. It is validated for Western Blot.
