PA1-31145 detects PDE10A from mouse, rat, human samples. PA1-31145 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation, Western blot applications. The PA1-31145 immunogen is: Synthetic peptide (Human) against a common sequence near the 250-325 amino acids downstream from the N terminal region of PDE10A. Store at 4°C short term. Various cellular responses are regulated by the second messengers cAMP and cGMP. Phosphodiesterases, such as PDE10A, eliminate cAMP- and cGMP-mediated intracellular signaling by hydrolyzing the cyclic nucleotide to the corresponding nucleoside 5-prime monophosphate (Fujishige et al., 2000 [PubMed 10998054]).
