PLCG2, Polyclonal, Invitrogen™
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific PA138468
Description
Phosphoinositide-specific phospholipase C (PLC) plays a critical role in the initiation of receptor mediated signal transduction through the generation of the two second messengers, inositol 1,4,5-triphosphate and diacylglycerol from phosphatidylinositol 4,5 bisphosphate. There are many mammalian PLC isozymes, including PLC β1, PLC β2, PLC β3, PLC β4, PLCγ1, PLCγ2, PLC δ1, PLC δ2 and PLC ε with molecular weights ranging from 85 to 150kDa.
This antibody is predicted to react with canine, mouse, rabbit and rat based on sequence homology.Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using a 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 30 min at room temperature. A suggested positive control is Hodgkin's lymphoma.Specifications
