PA1-080 detects Ran binding protein 1 (RanBP1) from human and mouse cells. PA1-080 has been successfully used in Western blot procedures. By Western blot, this antibody detects an ∽30 kDa protein representing RanBP1 from HeLa cell extract. The PA1-080 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues M(1) A A A K D T H E D H D T S T E N T(18) C of human RanBP1. The PA1-080 immunizing peptide (Cat. # PEP-128) is available for use in neutralization and control experiments.
