Description
F(ab')2 fragments were prepared by pepsin digestion. Cross-reactivity with mouse IgG has been reduced by adsorption. For FACS analysis, use 50 μL of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10^6 cells in 100 μL. Reconstitute with 0.5 mL of distilled water. After reconstitution, store product undiluted at 4oC in the dark.
