RFX4 Rabbit anti-Human, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA528877
PA5-28877 targets RFX4 in WB applications and shows reactivity with Human samples. The PA5-28877 immunogen is synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 3 and 63 of Human RFX4. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles. This gene is a member of the regulatory factor X gene family, which encodes transcription factors that contain a highly-conserved winged helix DNA binding domain. The protein encoded by this gene is structurally related to regulatory factors X1, X2, X3, and X5. It has been shown to interact with itself as well as with regulatory factors X2 and X3, but it does not interact with regulatory factor X1. This protein may be a transcriptional repressor rather than a transcriptional activator. Three transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described for this gene.
