Description

This antibody is specific for common LPS core of all Salmonellae O-serogroups tested: A, B, C1, C2, D, E1, E3, E4, F, G1 and G2. This does not cross-react with E. coli (mix), Klebsiella, Citrobacter, Pseudomonas, Yersinia, Shigella, Proteus or Legionella. Purity is >90%. Recommended pairs for ELISA: MA5-18257 (capture) and MA5-18259 or MA5-18260 (conjugated, detection).

Salmonella LPS Monoclonal antibody specifically detects Salmonella LPS in Bacteria samples. It is validated for ELISA, Immunocytochemistry.
