PA5-28811 targets st14 in WB applications and shows reactivity with mouse samples. The PA5-28811 immunogen is synthetic peptide corresponding to a region within amino acids 269 and 362 of Mouse st14. Store product as a concentrated solution. Centrifuge briefly prior to opening the vial. For short-term storage (1-2 weeks), product can be stored at 4°C. For long-term storage, aliquot and store product at -20° C or below, avioiding multiple freeze-thaw cycles.

Degrades extracellular matrix. Exhibits trypsin-like activity as defined by cleavage of synthetic substrates with Arg or Lys as the P1 site.
