Syk Goat anti-Human, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Goat Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA186631
Predicted to react with dog, mouse and rat based on sequence homology. In Western blot, this antibody detects a band at ~70 kDa in human bone marrow, lymph node and spleen lysates. Goat anti Syk antibody detects an epitope within the internal region of SYK, a approximately 70 kDa non-receptor protein tyrosine kinase whose role differs in haematopoietic and non haematopoietic stem cells.Polyspecific organic cation transporters in the liver, kidney, intestine, and other organs are critical for elimination of many endogenous small organic cations as well as a wide array of drugs and environmental toxins. This gene is one of three similar cation transporter genes located in a cluster on chromosome 6. The encoded protein contains twelve putative transmembrane domains and is a plasma integral membrane protein. Two transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene, but only the longer variant encodes a functional transporter.
