PAR1 Rabbit anti-Human, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA138749
Heat-mediated antigen retrieval is recommended prior to staining, using a 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10 minutes followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 min. Following antigen retrieval, incubate samples with primary antibody for 30 min at room temperature. A suggested positive control is pancreas tissue.Thrombin is a serine protease that is involved in platelet aggregation and blood coagulation. It is cleaved from its precursor, prothrombin, and converts fibrinogen to fibrin in the final step of the clotting cascade. Thrombin mediates its regulatory effects by activating cell surface G-protein coupled receptors which include PAR-1, PAR-2 and PAR3.
