Description
Tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α) is a macrophage/monocyte cytokine, usually found as a soluble secreted protein, which has diverse immunomodulatory, anti-tumor, and toxic effects.

Ab-1 neutralizes the recombinant TNF-alpha mediated cytotoxicity of L929 cells and inhibits the tumor growth in mice. It protects mice against the toxicity of recombinant human TNF-alpha.
