TRPM2 Rabbit anti-Human, Polyclonal, Invitrogen™
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: Thermo Scientific OST00112W
Reconstitute with 100 μL of distilled water.TRPM2 belongs to the ion transport protein family which includes Sodium, Potassium, Calcium ion channels. This family is characterized by proteins possessing 6 transmembrane helices in which the last two helices flank a loop which determines ion selectivity. TRPM2 is activated by oxidative stress and confers susceptibility to cell death. Further, TRPM2 is a calcium-permeable cation channel that is regulated by free intracellular ADP-ribose. Several alternatively spliced transcript variants of the TRPM2 gene have been described, but their full-length nature is not known.
|Transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily M member 2, long transient receptor potential channel 2, LTrpC2, LTrpC-2, transient receptor pot
|Immunohistochemistry, Western Blot
|A synthetic peptide from the 3d extracellular loop of human TRPM2
|Store at 4°C short term. For long term storage, store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
