In sandwich ELISAs, approximately 15% reactivity with recombinant mouse TWEAK is observed and no cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) BAFF, rhEDA-A2, rhLIGHT, rhFas Ligand, rhGITR Ligand, rhLT alpha 1 beta 2, rhLT alpha 2 beta 1, rhOX40 Ligand, rhTNF-alpha, rhTRANCE, rhTRAIL, rh4-1BB, or rhAPRIL is observed. Reconstitute at 0.5 mg/mL in sterile PBS.
