TrkB Rabbit anti-Mouse, Rat, Polyclonal, Invitrogen
Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Manufacturer: Invitrogen PA118403
This gene encodes a member of the neurotrophic tyrosine receptor kinase (NTRK) family. This kinase is a membrane-bound receptor that, upon neurotrophin binding, phosphorylates itself and members of the MAPK pathway. Signalling through this kinase leads to cell differentiation. Mutations in this gene have been associated with obesity and mood disorders. Alternate transcriptional splice variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.PA1-18403 detects Tyrosine Kinase Receptor B from mouse and rat samples.PA1-18403 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry and ELISA procedures. The PA1-18403 immunogen is the extracellular domain of glycosylated mouse TrkB protein produced in CHO cells.Reconstitute with 100 ul of distilled water.
